After 13 years in social work... (yes, you heard right), I launched a luxury brand customising champagne bottles. They ended up in London nightclubs, jewellery shops in Hatton Garden, and even caught the attention of Rick Ross.
But despite the visibility, something was missing. I had attention, but not traction. The problem wasn’t my product. It was positioning; the way my brand was perceived in the market.
So I went deeper. I studied the masters: Cartier, Apple, Hermès, and completed a Master’s in Luxury Branding. I began decoding the patterns that make high-value brands feel effortless.
Then, in 2023, my Instagram business page was deleted overnight. No warning. No backup. That moment gave me complete clarity: the next chapter had to be built on strategy, not just aesthetics.
